"Sandee is knowledgeable and easy to work with. We had a difficult situation due to a circumstance out of our control related to a Condo Association we belonged to and possible litigation making our property not eligible for a mortgage. Sandee reached out to her experts in the field and many mortgage companies trying to ascertain if a mortgage could be procured and when none could be found, she was open with all buyers agents about situation and that a cash offer was necessary. We had a buyer in 5 weeks and closed in 3 weeks. She worked quickly and diligently to make sure this happened. She also answered late night texts , even making herself available the evening she celebrated Christmas with her family to put together the agreement to be signed.Not sure if someone without her many years of experience and professionalism would have been able to accomplish this."
